Welcome! You are invited to "D.R.E.A.M." - Achieving the Dream's 2012 Annual Meeting on Student Success (formerly Strategy Institute). This flagship event is the annual convening of the Achieving the Dream Network, which is the nation's most comprehensive non-governmental reform movement for student success in higher education history. You will join other influential policy-makers, thought-leaders, and practitioners from more than 160 institutions and more than 30 states, who are dedicated to accelerating community college student success nationwide. "D.R.E.A.M." stands for data, reform, equity, achievement, movement, and will feature compelling workshops, presentations, and networking opportunities to address one of our nation's most urgent challenges - closing achievement gaps and helping more community college students succeed. This convening will provide you with the opportunity to deepen your understanding of policies and practices for increasing student success; bolster institutional and state capacity for evidence-based decision-making; and deepen your influence in the national student success movement. Achieving the Dream is proud to host "D.R.E.A.M." in partnership with the American Association of Community Colleges (AACC) and MDC, and in collaboration with our other Founding Partners: the Community College Leadership Program at the University of Texas at Austin (CCLP), the Community College Research Center at Columbia University's Teachers College (CCRC), Jobs for the Future (JFF), MDRC, and Public Agenda. |
